Easily accessible from anywhere in Los Angeles, Room 5 Lounge is in the Hollywood area, nuzzled close to Hancock Park. The location of Room 5 has a musical history; it is the former site of the Famous Swanee Inn. In 1937, club owner Bob Lewis suggested that budding Jazz musician Nathaniel “Nat” Cole assemble a small band to work at his Swanee Inn on North La Brea. Today North La Brea is quickly becoming one of LA’s hippest places to dine, shop and be entertained.
